If the player is lacking in confidence we work with the player to help build it up, we believe that we are mentor first and coach second, our coaches are 100% committed to developing and supporting our kids on and off the court.
We strongly believe that the teaching methods and/or philosophy will not matter if the person you are teaching it to is struggling with confidence. We find ways of making our players believe in themselves and have the confidence to understand , observe, analyse and fix any problem areas in their game. We also strive to give them the self awareness to independently monitor, progress and improve themselves and their circumstances.
At Transition Sports, we encourage kids to take risks, use their imagination and back themselves: to make a daring decision and learn from it rather than learn about something then make a slow or unconfident choice.
Having the confidence, good technical base and having a complex free environment were the players and coaches have a real connection will hopefully give the player a chance to feel more comfortable on the court.
