Decision Making

Real time decision making is an important skill we endeavour to develop in our kids. Players are taught to make confident , instantaneous decisions - learning how to recognise opportunities , when to use the skills they've mastered during training and how to implement them.

We believe that confidence is the most important thing to install in our kids, and that if our players can make confident decisions on-court, then they can make confident decisions in life.

Real time and bold decision making

We encourage our players to take risks, use their imagination and back themselves: to make a daring decision and learn from it.they feel more confident with the ball, the player does not divert their attention to protecting the ball rather than surveying what is happening around them giving more time to make the best decision.

The “what if” factor

We help teach players to make independent decisions and to use their own instinct to spontaneously respond to on- court happenings.
