Independent Thinking

We discourage our kids from blindly following orders and encourage them to question, be imaginative and come to their own conclusions on the best outcome for themselves and the people around the them with understanding the How, Why and when.

We teach our players to " create, not wait" as we don't want our players to be robots, and because we encourage quick movement of the ball, we discourage over- analysis and hesitation during a game. We trust the vision, instinct and quick decision making of our players

Making independent and instinctive decisions

We teach our players to " create, not wait" as we don't want our players to be robots, and because we encourage quick movement of the ball, we discourage over- analysis and hesitation during a game.

Create to create

If the player is encouraged to make independent decisions and not robotic ones this will allow the players to, “create to create”. This means, knowing when and where to move, with or without the ball.

Real time decision making

Transition Sports players are taught to make confident, instantaneous decisions - learning how to recognise opportunities, when to use the skills they’ve mastered during training and how to implement them.
